HOLISTIC APPROACH to WELLNESS

One aspect of a holistic approach includes the belief that the body and mind have a natural intelligence, and/or ability to heal when supported properly. The approach involves identifying and addressing the "root cause(s)"of what has you feeling feeling depressed, overwhelmed or unwell.
