About Me

You can heal. I can help.

If you are ready to feel better, I am here to help! I provide the necessary structure and support so you can heal (body, mind, spirit) and thrive in your life like never before.

I help clients connect with and heal the inner child, a part that may have spent years in silence, while carrying the suffering of the past.

I see business professionals, medical professionals, attorneys, teachers, musicians, entertainment industry pros, active military service members, military vets, stay-at-home moms, and other therapists, just to name a few.

I am conventionally trained in the "medical model" so my holistic perspective came a bit later, in the last 5 years. I enjoy partnering with clients and getting to the "root cause" of issues and identify what it takes to effectively resolve them.

What can therapy help with?

  • Understanding the root cause of the depression and/or anxiety you're experiencing

  • Creating an action plan with new strategies for handling difficult situations and relationships

  • Learning and practicing assertive communication to increase self empowerment and reduce/prevent depression

  • Improving your healthy coping skills for successfully dealing with life challenges

Mentors:

In addition to having the healthy relationships with family and friends, I believe MENTORS can also be life-changing. There is an art to finding great mentors throughout your life, but I believe it is worth the effort that it takes. Mentoring relationships, both personal and professional, should challenge your current mindset and open up new doors and perspectives. Comedian and actor Russell Brand wrote a book about the topic of mentors. At a speaking event at Vromen's in Pasadena he discussed how mentors successfully helped him recover from a life of emptiness and addiction.
