Arnold T. Carreon, CDAC II, Tai Chi Instructor
Hello, I'm Arnold and I am passionate about helping people find lasting HEALTH and BALANCE in their lives. I offer unique training and support as a dual-certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and a Meditation Taiji (Tai Chi) Quan practitioner.
I believe that recovery starts with a new perspective in life by creating healthier habits. After more than 7 years of working with mental illness and addiction and 13 years of training in Taiji Quan, my experience in this field has allowed me to draw upon these sets of skills to treat clients more comprehensively. A personal quote I live by:
"My weakness is my strength...I try. My strength is my weakness…I stop trying."
We all hope to make the right choices. If you are ready to strive for balance, create a new outlook in life and become comfortable with change, then let us begin your journey to self-betterment.
